Carissa Schumacher is a psychic medium and a channel for Yeshua, otherwise known as Jesus.

I know, wild!

As many of you know, I’ve found Carissa’s retreats and teachings to often be incredibly resonant in my own life. And I am so excited that she has a new book out called The Alchemy Transmissions: A Pathway to Miracles. Which Carissa would describe as essentially a channeled Yeshua text.

Today, Carissa is talking to us about the beginning of the new era that we’re in, and how we can navigate it while being more consciously mature, and deeply connected to ourselves.

But, before we get into it, I wanted to say, for those who are curious to go deeper after—that Carissa is doing an event with 92nd Street Y on October 3, which you can also stream.

Lemonade.

ELISE:

Hi, it's Elise Lunan, host of Pulling the Thread. Today I'm talking to psychic media, Karissa Schumacher. I recently got a pair of pajamas that are worth sharing. It's a long sleeve set from Cozy Earth's bamboo stretch knit collection. The fabric is super soft, silky, and very breathable, which is nice if you tend to run warm when you sleep. I got the white and black set, but there are also a bunch of fun colors to choose from. Head to cozyearth.com and use my code thread for up to 20% off home and sleepwear. That's code thread for up to 20% off on home and sleepwear. And if you see a post-purchase survey, please be sure to mention that you heard about Cozy Earth right here on Pulling the Thread.

Speaker 3:

What's it take to be a mentor with big brothers, big sisters? It takes 30 minutes and a cup of coffee, a video game, that's two out of three. It takes sharing thumbs up emojis, clapping emojis, and loaded nachos at halftime. That's how you make an impact on a young kid's life. So go on, share a few hours a month because mentorship may sound huge, but the truth is it takes little to be big. To learn more, volunteer or donate, go to bebignow.org.

ELISE:

Hi, it's Elise Lunan, host of Pulling the Thread. On this show, we pull apart the web in which we all live to understand who we are and why we're here. My hope is that these conversations spark moments of resonance and plant tiny seeds of awareness so that we might all collectively learn and grow. Here is today's guest, psychic medium Karissa Schumacher, talking about what the alchemy pathway can offer us.

CARISSA:

ELISE:

Before we talk about The Alchemy Transmissions, let's just start with this moment that we're in.

And I feel like every time we talk, we're in a moment because that is our new reality. So old era came to a close in 2024. We're in the very, very, very beginning of a new era. And would you say the old era starts to wane, the new era starts to emerge, but it's going to feel old era, new era simultaneously for a while? It's not like a flip switch, switch flip, flip switch?

CARISSA:

Flip switch. Yeah. No. No, it will not be the early phase of this era shift. We kind of just went through the final years of the death from the pandemic all the way through 2024. And now we are witnessing some of the unveiling, I would say, or the activation of some of the new era types of energies such as prevention, such as transparency being an even bigger one, such as masculine and feminine balance, such as efficiency, such as the movement out of a very mind-governed era and into an era that is slightly more about energy and essence and communication. But we're at a very fine precipice right now. And so what we're seeing and what we will continue to see now that we're in the flow of these first years and decades of the new era is a lot of that tension. And we are already starting to witness entropy or breakdown within certain old era systems and institutions.

I would say the foremost being the medical industry going through a lot of breakdown, the financial systems and institutions, lot of dysregulation, lots of really dangerous types of stuff that is going on there. The insurance industry is a crisis right now. I would add education and the final would be the legal system. So I know very few people that are not in some sort of a struggle with these different systems and institutions in a sense that are crumbling, and there's been a lot of atrophy and over-regulation and underregulation. These dynamics have always been there, but more and more people are starting to see the things or being personally impacted, having experiences of things that are in a sense breaking down. And any time that there is an erosion of trust and things, systems that were once trusted, it does bring up a lot of collective fear and this sense of almost helplessness.

These things are breaking down, but I feel like I'm screaming to the wind and I don't know how best to contribute to change or how to maneuver through this. So I'm simply expressing this not to create fear, but to say that this era shift is happening on a collective level, but also on a personal level. So this is an era that is governed by personal responsibility and accountability, but it's also governed by community and sovereignty and taking agency for ourselves. So beneath the surface, what I've been starting to see, and this brings me so much joy and hope, is people on the community level coming in to provide support or solutions for things. So I'll give a couple of examples of this because it's important to illustrate for those that are wondering how can I best serve and how can we bring in these qualities of deeper balance as we flow into these next couple of months and years?

Great example of this is there's a beautiful nature park. It's a community park in the Elfin Forest nearby my house. And every Saturday it's where these families come and a lot of them are immigrant. There's a lot of Latino presence in Escondido and San Diego. And these families come, they're cooking, they're grilling, they're spending time with their children. The children are out in nature. I see no children on phones, they're riding bikes. So there's this beautiful sacred park that's an oasis, not just for people, but also a safe haven for wildlife. And all of a sudden we get this notice a couple of months ago saying, "The city has decided that we are going to build a 16-acre ice rink and we're shifting the entire park. We're going to tear the entire thing down. It will no longer be a wildlife." It was so, so sad to receive that email.

But what happened was a whole bunch of people from the community stepped in, started attending meetings, expressing why it was important for them, for their health, for their children's health, and the entire project was delayed. So this is a time, this era is about communication, but not communication through screaming, raging, not communicating from our fear and our sediment, but communicating from our essence, putting on our divine armor and saying, "I'm going to take a stand for the things that are of integrity to me and the things that I am passionate about, not only for myself, but also for my family, my community," and so forth. So we are seeing this tension, but beneath the surface, there are huge breakthroughs that are occurring and they will be subtle. What we do have to get through are these next couple of years of having to face a lot of what I would say ugly truth, which is a big part of the alchemy transmissions and the book that Yeshua and I are bringing through.

I believe that the first transmission series and the Alchemy Transmissions, which is about beautiful lies versus the ugly truth, it's about beauty and reprogramming our perception of ourself in relation to worlds, beauty, fear, all of that sort of thing. And I believe that this was channeled during the On Our Best Behavior.

ELISE:

This was on Pulling the Thread, actually.

CARISSA:

Oh, so the first iteration?

ELISE:

Yes, Yeshua came. It was on the podcast. It was a live Yeshua transmission. Do you remember? I do. Because he rescheduled it for right after October 7th. It was supposed to be on, I can't remember when we were originally supposed to do it, the end of September and then we had to reschedule and then it ended up being on October 11th.

CARISSA:

Oh yeah, that was major. Now I'm remembering that was major divine choreography where he's like, "Nope, we need to move the date, completely explode Carissa and Elisa's schedules for two weeks so that we can ship this to basically a couple of days after the events on October 7th. And this transmission in particular really speaks to some of what we're experiencing right now and why we have to experience some of what we're experiencing right now. But the entire First Transmission series is about the energy of transparency and why the divine, the universe, the collective consciousness is assisting us and helping us in personal ways, global ways to dismantle a lot of the beautiful lies or assumptions or illusions that we have been operating under. Illusions about who we're supposed to be, illusions about our sense of purpose in this world. Beautiful lies, for example, about things like if you just do everything right, get good grades, go to college, get a good job, marry, have kids, then you'll be thriving and happy. And for some people, that may be the case, but at least for me and many people that I know, all of those check marks of the beautiful lie of this is the way to do it led me into some of the worst trauma of my life.

And it was not until I allowed for the ugly truth that these are illusions, that these are programmed, conditioning, created by external structures. It was not until I faced that ugly truth that I was able to transform anything in my life and to step into who I am and to take agency and begin my path of service. So we're seeing a lot of this right now. Consequences are showing up faster to things. This is an era that is governed by energy. Energy matters. Consciousness, the inclusion of your spirit, your intuition and choices and decisions is important in this new era. And so when we are energizing things that are coming from fear, sediment, our inner demons and traumas, the consequences for those types of things start to show up faster. But when we are energizing things that are coming from our essence, our dreams, our hopes, our desires for what we wish to experience and create in our new era and in our life structures moving forwards, there is a great power in that.

ELISE:

So when we snapshot the world and we think about this moment with rapidly expanding wealth and equity and tech oligarchs running away with the commons, our knowledge, our wisdom, our data, our planet, our water, our resources, and it feels quite stark, I think for many people. And what you were describing, we're seeing in local communities, people across the aisle uniting to stop data farms and to get coordinated around protecting communities against whatever this is that's coming, this wave of artificial intelligence, I guess. Anyway, when we look at this, and I think I try to stay optimistic, I feel like if anything, the push is to fall more in love with life, in love with each other, in love with the planet. Is that because I think some people are listening and thinking, is the new era AI, is that what this new era is or is that sort of the last gasp of the old era?

Is what we're experiencing right now in the age of transparency a great sort of drawing out? I mean, I always liken it to a big spiritual facial where I feel like everything that we haven't wanted to look at is being drawn to the surface where I look at someone like Trump as an archetypal, deeply unconscious martyr who is holding up a mirror and also extracting all of the stuff that we haven't wanted to look at and forcing a confrontation, which is very painful and very scary. But I guess, do you see that as here is our new reality structure and it's artificial, or do you see that as a symptom of the old power grid that we're going past, that that's the end of the old power grid? I don't know.

CARISSA:

No, the new era is not AI.

ELISE:

AI.

CARISSA:

It is AI is here.

ELISE:

Does Yeshua laugh at AI? I know in past transmissions he has gently mocked fascination with our own technological creations. Does he laugh at AI or what does he say? You know I like to ask him about aliens, the environment. Now what does he say about AI?

CARISSA:

Oh, he did an entire transmission about it. But fundamentally, we need to be careful about how much of our own power we are giving over to these types of things because what is being imposed on us, which is, I mean, AI is being imposed on us, but this AI is going to revolutionize the world. Yeah, it's going to upgrade things just like the foundation of the internet does. But for me, AI is just another thing. There's always a thing that comes along the way. I'm not going to give all of my power over to this and the fear of what could be or how much change will this create within the world? I want to live my life in joy, in service, in connection to actual human beings. And this is where our own personal accountability comes into play. It is about recognizing what the balance is for us in being disciplined and utilizing these things as they're meant to be, which is tools as opposed to becoming overly reliant on them to the degree that they define us, to the degree that we're almost enslaved or addicted to these types of things and these types of technologies.

So what Yeshua shares, very simply, you reap what you sow. And I take that to mean it's not you reap what you sow and you've created AI and now your entire civilization is going to die. That's not Yeshua. What he's simply saying on a personal level to each and every one of us is be balanced. If you utilize AI to maybe clean up some notes, if you utilize it as a tool to gather information without sacrificing your own creative process, and so it can be a tool, wonderful, but you reap what you sow comes in when there is this over reliance on things that are basically being dictated to us, and these things don't have to dictate our lives at all. And I've been saying this for a long time. It's just about balance in our interaction with technology. This whole new era is about balance between positive space of doing and negative space of being, balance between yang energy going out there, and then also finding that space of yin energy where we can heal and integrate and be in that softness and then balance with ourselves in relationship to our earth, balance with technologies.

And that is not forgetting the unbelievable power of the healing technology even within our own brains and bodies, how the connection with nature and the earth can facilitate so much healing and transformation when we put the phones and the doing and the busy and the artificial down and reconnect to what is real. That's love. That's the co-creation. That's the community.

And so when it comes to this all, and this is really the basis of the alchemy pathway, this is a time in which all of us really need to be looking at what is my unique essence? What is it that makes me original? Because each person has a completely original vibration, forms of service, yes, but a completely different recipe for what makes them them. But all of the external stuff and the artificial, it's designed to turn us into robots, into cookie cutters, and that is not who we are. So what the alchemy pathway provides is basically an ability for us to find the courage in putting death to some of these aspects of our sediment that have kept us enslaved to insecurity, poor body image, unworthiness, suppression of our anger, silencing, all to put death to these things and then to transform and resurrect and step more deeply into our essence, giving less and less of a shit about how other people are doing things and what other people think.

And when we do that and step into our essence, it provides inspiration to others. And the more people that are doing so, the more that the we, the strength of the people starts reclaiming its power over all of these external power sources from media, social media, technology, whatever else. So that is my simple response to AI. It's going to become whatever power we give to it. Let's not give it that power. It is a tool for us that we can use when we need to, but we have bigger, better, and brighter things to do. And there is more of an unmet need now than ever for us to step into our divine warrior selves, to embody that love and to choose joy every day, more and more.

ELISE:

Oh, I mean, I'm here for it. It's not the easiest at times.

CARISSA:

Screw easy.

ELISE:

Screw easy.

CARISSA:

We did not come to this earth for easy. We come for evolution. And to work. Yeah. Yes. We come to experience. There is a reason that we were chosen and chose to incarnate on the earth at this time. So we can't sit around complaining being like, "It's so hard. Oh yeah, there are moments when there are struggles, but what do we have? We have legions of angels with us." Well,

ELISE:

I find it incredibly helpful, particularly in moments where I can feel, and I think in the last five years, obviously this is a big part of what I'm working on, is getting more in touch with the fact that I'm scared, making it more conscious and less unconscious driving me from an unconscious place, but just to even say, "Oh, I feel a little scared," deeply helpful. But I find the most helpful frame encountering these wild times, and I would say as a parent, et cetera, as well, of, "Isn't this interesting? How curious? I chose to be here and I know I'm supposed to do something specific as we all are. And yeah, I'm going to put my back into it in a way that I think doesn't always look like a certain type of effort, but is a consistent and constant engagement." You use the word evolution, but in this process of growing myself up.

And that's one of the cores of this book is about becoming more consciously mature. That's what I'm working on too and writing about as well is what does that look like? And as we grow ourselves up, can we grow the world up? And I guess it's part of that growing up is stopping insistence and... Lying on all of these structures to do that for us and instead to say, "Okay, well, it starts with us." Which is a part of the process of becoming an adult, is like, "I guess I can't just rely on all of this to do it for me. We need to do it together." It's a bummer. I agree. But that's it.

CARISSA:

Yes. Physically throughout the course of our aging life, but also within our spirit, we mature over time. And the rite of passage or the initiations, these alchemy pathways that we're being invited into and have been experiencing over the past couple of years, in particular, past decade in particular, this is to step into our consciously mature adulthood and elderhood. And very few people want to do that because we are being asked to take accountability. Stepping into consciously mature adulthood, it can feel like a huge responsibility so easier. The people in these leadership, they're supposed to be the grownups, right? They'll take care of everything for me. No. And we need some freaking adults in the room. Not only adults, but where are the elders? In ancient societies, Hopi, Lakota, Tibetan, across the board, it was the elders that were the spiritual leaders that held the pulse of guiding the entire tribe or community through their various changes.

There were all sorts of ceremonies and rites of passage along the way that people experienced to help doula them from childhood to adolescence. And these were all spiritual events, adolescence to adulthood. The spiritual elders, they keep getting picked off one by one along the way. But that's the hopey prophecy. We are the ones that we've been waiting for. And personally, I myself, over this past year and a half, everything that the divine has been bringing me in the most loving and yet honest way has been Carissa grow up. Grow up, stop wallowing, stop whining. You can grieve and process things. It's okay to be a little bit scared, but you are so resilient. Summon your courage. Remember who you are. Remember the support that is around you. You are not just a me, you are a we, we are all a we, and move forward.

Stop waiting for somebody else to find the voice that you are meant to carry. And the more that we just surrender the wheel of the bus, let our spirit drive the bus, throw out our clocks, operate from divine standard time. Yeah, there are times when it's not easy, but there's so much more ease. People are in need of that. People are in need of the voice of not only love in spirit, but also reason that is here to remind us that it's okay to be afraid, but we're also going to be okay.

And the consciously mature voice within us is also the part of us that reminds us that we cannot hold this all alone anymore. I have seen so many people across the board, and especially the more consciously mature people, that it is like we have been holding so much for ourselves and for others. And one of the most humbling things, which is a little bit scary, especially when people look to you, is recognizing with humility that we can't hold it all alone anymore. We need our people. We need these sacred spaces, these spaces of non-judgment where we can just be with one another and serve with one another. And the more people that I've found that are just giving things over and trusting that they are worthy of support, there's joy that comes. There's a strength that is not just found in the me. I've got to be strong.

I've got to be strong. There's a strength that comes through the we.

So I was reading this unbelievable book by Darnell Lamont Walker, who is a Black male death doula. And I first read the book, and of course it's like 10 boxes of tissues disappeared in an hour. But then I went back and I read what he wrote as the dedication. And this is kind of speaking to what I'm expressing about consciously mature adulthood and also what it means to embody consciously mature divine feminine. So the dedication says, "For those who held it together when they needed to fall apart, for the ones who carried the weight of others' grief while theirs went unseen." True conscious maturity necessitates there to be moments when you just need to fall apart.

I personally did not know that that was allowed. I was conditioned as I think that many, you are not allowed to fall apart. You've got to keep it together. You've got to be strong. And then something happened over these last couple of months where I just decided to allow myself to have the moments where I just fall apart. So I went to visit my mom who has Parkinsonism and dementia, and I went into the trip knowing that it would be very, very challenging, but I decided within my consciously mature divine feminine to focus on making every single moment as special, loving, and sacred as possible. And there were times that that was hard, seeing her struggle with certain things. It's your mom,

You had a good relationship with your mom and just witnessing the innocence, but that was for her. And then I got into the car driving away and I just, instead of texting, instead of shoving it down, instead of talking to the driver and channeling all of his people in spirit, which happens every single time I'm in a car, a taxi, I just allowed myself to fall apart and to process not in the sense of basket case. It was about balance, having those moments of just when we allow ourselves to have those moments of releasing when we need them as opposed to bottling them up, suppressing them down, which inevitably results in a huger explosion down the line, it keeps us in balance. It keeps us humble. It keeps us in our humanity because it allows us to take all of that fear, all of that stress and to move it, to basically to put death to it, which is what the alchemy pathway begins with, the death, the burning away, and then the grieving and the shedding of the old.

Let's alchemize on a daily basis because the more that we do, the more aligned and balanced we are. Let's allow ourself to grieve. That is leadership through example, because one of the big trappings of conscious masculine and feminine maturity is that ability to, yes, regulate their thoughts and emotions, but also to express their thoughts and emotions. And that is something at this time, there is a changing of guard that is starting to emerge within the world and within the collective in general, but that change is not going to come from the top down. It's going to come from the bottom up. So we need to be reclaiming our power over our own selves, our own ability to access our faith and courage and humor and peace and love, because the more people that do, the more strength, the more power that comes from the below intesllates into the above.

ELISE:

Well, let's talk about the actual alchemy process, which anyone who knows Carl Jung will recognize the parts of this, the burning off, you've mentioned a few of the components, but then my favorite, it's not a metaphor, it's a path, the way that I've come to understand Yeshua or Jesus or what his primary teaching, which is, I don't know if it's his primary teaching. For me, it's where I find the most value, which is how do you die? How do you let things go? How do you let parts of your identity, relationships, old jobs, structures, illusions, whatever you want to call it, how do you let parts of yourself die and then resurrect? And I'm very happy, and I feel like it was my idea, so I'm going to take all the credit, but that in the front you did a glossary finally.

It was my idea. It's my favorite. And people will love it like Gahanna. But yeah, the Friday, the Saturday, and the Sunday from the tomb to the womb and the resurrection, which is really, we've learned it, whether you grew up in religious tradition or not, as Jesus dying for your sins and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And that's just not really what I've come to understand it's about at all, which is what does it look like to die and get up and evolve in the process? Because it's not about, as you say, rushing from the Friday to the Sunday, which is what we want to do. We get dumped on the Friday, we lose a relationship, and then it's like, I'm going to hit those apps. I'm going right to the Sunday and I am going to find a new boyfriend and get late on Monday.

This is a hilarious example for me. But no, the point is no, you got to go into the tomb and you have to experience it. You have to let it change you and you have to let it grow you and evolve you, and then you get to resurrect into a different relationship. Otherwise, you're just doing a pass through and doing a pass through and doing a pass through in a way that feels like a momentary balm, but is really just a stuckness that we've all experienced in our personal lives and also in the collective. So that's in many ways what this book is about, right? How do you burn the parts of yourself that no longer serve so you can be something new? How do you find the gold? There's lots of metaphors.

CARISSA:

Yes, and allegory. It's very allegorical. I'll just speak to two different things here. The alchemy pathway is what consciously evolves us into deeper embodiment and co-creation with the divine. So it facilitates through the chipping away of more of the separate self or these moments of the death, the processing, the transformation of a given trauma, fear, mindset, because we go through alchemy pathways all the time and in many different ways throughout the course of our life. But the alchemy pathway is what allows us to shed, to first become aware of, but then also to put death in a sense, some of these things, traumas, whatever else, that have formulated and congealed into something that is not balanced or is not healthy. So it's not necessarily how do we die? It's more how do I allow for the death of myself that I have now evolved beyond?

And so it's almost like the caterpillar butterfly type of thing, a little bit less than phoenix. Everybody's like, Phoenix rising from the ashes. I kind of prefer caterpillar. Chrysalis is that tomb phase, the feminine tomb and womb phase, and then butterfly. And then we butterfly along and then we go kind of back into caterpillar until the next evolution is there. So these are about deeper connection and intimacy of the embodiment of the divine.

In a sense, it's moving past this, bring me a miracle, divine, bring me a sign. It's more about this external seeking for your relationship with the divine. All those things are totally fine, but the alchemy pathway through less sediment, what it creates more space for is your essence, including the aspect of you. Your essence is your physical body, your form, your genes, your humanness, but it's also your spirit. So the more space that you're creating for your spirit, the more there is an indwelling of the light that exists within you. So really with the alchemy pathway, what the divine spirit Yeshua is inviting you into is a partnership, more of a co-creation. And so it's not about just receiving miracles, it's about moving through the process of becoming a miracle to your own self because all of our essences are truly a miracle, miraculous and their uniqueness and originality and gifts.

So the alchemy pathway is in a sense like, I've been driving the bus in my life. I want to serve more deeply through joy. I've been feeling more servitude through suffering. I want to serve more deeply through joy, so I'm going to put death to the suffering, whatever is keeping me attached to my suffering, transform it, find the gold within it, and then serve through that energy. So yes, you will receive more miracles in your life as a byproduct of the alchemy pathway, but it is also a divine invitation to serve as a deeper catalyst of miracles for yourself, for those around you.

ELISE:

It's funny, I just did a roulette, which I like to do, and of course I came to that page specifically about that exact thing, which I might read to you in a minute, but I would also offer in my own experience too that, and this is spoken like an Enneagram four, and I'm not an Enneagram four, and there are people who sort of like to wallow in suffering. And I think what we tend to do, and particularly people who kind of grok this, and I'm not going to keep lingering on the tomb, but I think most of us are like, "Oh yeah, yeah, I'm through that. I need a miracle. Now send me the one. Now send me the..." And I don't think we realize how much weirdly time we waste in refusing to go into the tomb and that that is the miracle. When you're talking about the indwelling of spirit, I think so many of us mistake it as some sort of bouquet of flowers when we come out of the tomb, and we all know these people who are like, "Oh, yeah, I got this. I get it. I get the lesson. Give me the award." And as a collective, we're so eager. All we want to do is bounce back. I put myself in this camp, and I feel like one of the most important parts of this book is this, the sacred heart of hold. And I feel like I get personal experience of this, this sacred heart being stillness, simplicity, spaciousness, surrender, which is very difficult, and that the instinct of course is, "Okay, I'm going to go fill my life again with rewards on the other side of this hard thing versus is the hard thing actually the reward in the way that it has opened me if I let it." Is this making sense?

CARISSA:

Yes. Some of what you are speaking to here is a little bit of the dance of where the ego or demons of egocentricity or just even certain consciously immature parts of ourself can come into the equation. We're very used to the schedule of problem, solve the problem, gold star. You've learned this now, you're onto the next. Part of the embodiment of the alchemy pathway is realizing and cherishing the sacredness of all of the four different aspects of it simultaneously because they're all playing out non-linearly. This is how I perceive it. So at the end of the day after sessions, very often, not every day, but I'll go for a run or I'll do some kind of yoga or exercise. And what I'm doing, I'm invoking the holy fire, burning away. And then I take time afterwards to, it doesn't even have to be emotionally based, but I just take time for the tomb phase reflecting on the day, kind of shedding away any excess energy.

And then I say my prayers, reconnect, and then when I go to sleep, I open myself for the womb phase. So when I sleep, I actually utilize that as I'm gestating. So I invite spirit, bring me dreams, bring me any images. It's anything that I need to know for my sessions or that I need to process. I'm in the chrysalis, I'm sleeping, this is how I gestate. And then in the morning when I wake up, I'm like, I'm ready. I've been nourished my body, gotten the sleep that I need. And so it's just a daily every single day and there's no part of it. The womb phase is as important as the void. The resurrection is as important as the tomb phase. When you invoke it or adopt it or embrace it on a daily basis, it is an unbelievable prophylactic error's about prevention. It is a prophylactic pathway because you're inviting that your spirit and the divine into the course of your daily life.

It keeps you more mentally, emotionally, physically synchronized and spiritually within your consciousness synchronized because the alchemy pathway brings back synchronicity, unity, harmony to all of these different parts of self.

So it's prophylactic in that sense that when you're regulated, synchronized, even issues that you face or how you perceive the world, issues in the world, issues in life is totally different because you're coming at things from your whole self. Does that make sense?

ELISE:

Yeah. I mean, it's like yoga, right? It's like you got to do this. I wanted to, I mentioned the sacred heart in the four chambers and then we didn't really explore it, but the sacred heart in the four chambers, simplicity, stability, surrender, and stillness. And in my experience, Carissa, and I think I'm not alone, when we first met in 2020, you said to me, if you don't make space, which is, I guess it's simplicity, stability, surrender, and stillness, not spaciousness, but essentially you were like - The pour

CARISSA:

Together creates

ELISE:

Spaciousness.

CARISSA:

Spaciousness.

ELISE:

Yeah. And you were like, "If you don't create space, the divine will do it for you. So if you don't start canceling things, things will be canceled on your behalf." And this was true. And then I had another canceling with a warning,

I will say, because I tend to just plant everything in my garden simultaneously and not ever really allow anything the proper space justness. But anyway, I feel like if I were to tattoo something onto my wrist as a constant reminder, it would be those four words. And every time I feel like I get a little off leash, something get canceled and it's like, okay, back to surrender, stability, simplicity. And I will say that when I have been, for this reason, put into the womb, again, you don't really choose to go into the womb. You might every night. I appreciate that you're like, "Let me burn the sediment and just go in there of my own volition." But most of us are crucified before we willingly go in. But in my experience, every time I experience one of these, something getting canceled, and of course I'm talking about going through my very thankfully quite short cancer journey, I'm like, "This is my favorite time." I just want to say it like, "Oh my God, I love this.

I love this. This is, again, so simple. This is to be in surrender is actually deeply calming and relaxing. To not think that I need to have control or that I do have control is a balm to my heart." And so I just want to offer to people that sometimes the womb, it's really a nice place to be, which even though you would never choose it, you would never choose it.

CARISSA:

I mean, I'm kind of ninja weirdo. I think I almost like the Friday death, Saturday tomb and womb more because the Sunday is the harvest day. I hate the harvesting. But no, I love that you just shared that, and this is definitely true for you in a unique way, but I know it's probably true for a lot of those that are listening. A lot of people find me right before they're experiencing a void or when they're in the void and are struggling to get out of the void. And so you kind of came to me, it was kind of a precipice moment within your life, but just even with the collective energy, 2020 altogether, it was just a unique time.

ELISE:

Right before COVID. Yeah.

CARISSA:

Right. But you have evolved exponentially over these past years. I mean, multiple rites of passage initiations along the way. So it's been kind of one after the next. The more that you evolve and the more that you embody essence as opposed to sediment and step into adult or elder conscious maturity, the shorter the leash is that your spirit

Gives you. So you start to vibrate or experience the world in such a way that your body and your spirit really start holding you accountable for balance. This is one of the "side effects" of embodying more light. Things that are resonant become extra resonant. Your intuition inspiration is like, "Ah." But things that are dissonant start feeling extra dissonant. So in some ways you become more resilient. You just don't care about the crap anymore, but you also can become more sensitive at the same time. So your spirit and spirit in this co-creation, if you are stretching out into too many extremes, mental mode, too much busyness, too much control, your spirit will be like, "Nope, I'm not going to allow the rubber band." Say there's a rubber band that stretches you into the horizontal. When we're tons of sediment, conscious immaturity, we can go to massive extremes on that rubber band in the horizontal.

And so then the snapback feels like a crucifixion when we come back to the intersection, when we come back to center. But the higher your vibration, the higher your conscious maturity, your spirit is going to snap you back quicker. And one of the ways that your spirit can do so is by canceling things. Or Yeshua in the divine steps in and is like your spirit's like, "Yo, divine, I need a little bit more space even if you mentally don't even know that you do." And the divine's like, "Okay, this is canceled." Spaciousness. We're going to take the spaciousness. So learning how to co-create with the divine, what's fun about it is that it's not something that an external person can tell you.

Part of the joy of the co-creation with spirit and the divine, life becomes more joyful. There is wonder, there are rainbows, miracles, egg in the face moments. It's fun. You never feel alone. You feel the presence with you. I mean, even in times where you're not feeling it, you still have that faith that it's there. And there's just more of this sense of strength that comes forth as a result of it. I'm sharing this because it is a blessing, even though it can sometimes feel like a curse in a world that's like, "Go, go, go, do, do, do, got to make more money, got to do more." When you turn something like a scarcity or an over-commitment demon into more of an ally, all of a sudden that ally can be the one to be like, "Elise, you need some space." A couple months of space, week of space, or your spirit is like, "This project just wasn't either safe or aligned for you at this time." So it's got to go.

Maybe we'll gestate and it comes back online, maybe not, but that's part of what it means to not drive the bus, not try to drive the bus in our lives and to just let spirit consciousness drive the bus to just sit on the bus and see who's there and practice love and kindness. So much more fun that way.

ELISE:

Ah, man. Aha. So one of my favorite things to do with The Freedom Transmissions and now with The Alchemy Transmissions is to play book roulette where you just open to a section and see what's there. It's a bit like pulling a tarot. So I just opened to page 288 and I'm going to read you what's bolded. "So the alchemy pathway is what evolves you into the realization of conscious adulthood. And then it goes on. “And right now the whole of your collective individuals, groups, entire bloodlines are sitting upon mountains, mountains of unprocessed, unhealed and unalchemized grief and sediment, including anger and emanation of grief, shock or fear stemming from real or perceived betrayal wounds. You are all grieving something right now because you need to in order to shed the shackles and sediment of the past in order to transform and evolve back into the balance of the present.”

“Else, you will not be able to manage some of what is to come, for what is to come will necessitate consciously mature adults to be sitting at the table, not suppressed, angry, sad teenagers.” All right friends, here's to growing ourselves up. If you got something out of today's episode, I would so appreciate your help spreading the word.
