Hi friends!

I’m thrilled that energy healer Uta Opitz (who you can find on my list of favorite healers) will be joining us for a quarterly energy bath—on Zoom—on September 19th, at 10am PT. For those who have never joined us before, we all hop onto Zoom and then Uta works on us collectively. We kick it off with a little chat and wrap it up with some light sharing. It can be quite powerful; even the process of being still and breathing together is pace-setting, though sometimes people have big experiences via the energy work.
